Job Summary
Utilizes the nursing process and physician orders to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care according to established policy and procedure. Administers and oversees that medication/treatments are given in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Demonstrates competency in recognition and intervention in any situation.
Demonstrates ability to perform independently and adequately in a specialty care unit of Labor and Delivery. In addition, Also must be willing to take call.
Must have a current RN license and BLS certification. Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
Call is requrired and must be able to reach the facility within 30 minutes.
This is a full time position. Days, nights, weekends as needed.
