OverviewBeacon Health Management is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work, providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.
Responsibilities- In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met.
- Assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.
