Twin View Health and Rehab in Twin City, GA is looking to hire a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We value your dedication and offer a dynamic, caring clinical environment.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you play a vital role in our clinic. You provide total care for residents, monitor their condition, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, ensure narcotic policies are followed, monitor side effects, and report changes. You oversee nursing assistant‑registered (NAR) staff to ensure care plans are followed.

With close attention to detail, you complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report any bruises, skin tears, or signs of neglect. You maintain confidentiality and follow HIPPA requirements and facility policies. Your warm and friendly demeanor makes it easy to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• LPN licensure with the GA Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required
