Registered Nurse – Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

• Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; coordinate care to optimize outcomes; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patient needs; support performance improvement initiatives; mentor and support colleagues; uphold safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
• Core Duties: Deliver safe, effective care; communicate with patients, families, and staff; promote patient satisfaction; participate in quality improvement efforts; maintain professional competence and licenses; foster a positive work environment and professional growth; support shared governance and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
• Current BLS certification (Instructor or Provider)
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professional development and patient-centered care
