• Complete assessments and develop and update care plans

• Monitor residents and respond quickly to changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs on your shift

• Work with physicians, NPs, therapy, and the IDT

• Keep documentation accurate and compliant

• Active, unencumbered RN license

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate clearly

• LTC or SNF experience preferred, not required
