What We’re Looking For- Veterinarian with Leadership
Experience:
3+ years of clinical experience with an interest in team management and practice leadership. - Passion for Excellence: Commitment to high-quality care and mentoring others.
- Excellent Communication
Skills:
Compassionate communication with clients and teamwork across staff. - Desire to Grow and Lead: Ready to drive practice growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose diseases or injuries.
- Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret results.
- Advise pet owners on preventive care and treatment options.
- Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed.
- Provide counsel on end-of-life care for pets.
- Maintain patients’ medical records.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant policies and procedures.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
- Appropriate state licensure.
- Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD registration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous presentation with staff and clients.
- Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 25 pounds; assistance for heavier lifts.
