    What We’re Looking For
    • Veterinarian with Leadership

      Experience:

      3+ years of clinical experience with an interest in team management and practice leadership.
    • Passion for Excellence: Commitment to high-quality care and mentoring others.
    • Excellent Communication

      Skills:

      Compassionate communication with clients and teamwork across staff.
    • Desire to Grow and Lead: Ready to drive practice growth and improve patient outcomes.
    Essential Responsibilities
    • Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose diseases or injuries.
    • Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret results.
    • Advise pet owners on preventive care and treatment options.
    • Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed.
    • Provide counsel on end-of-life care for pets.
    • Maintain patients’ medical records.
    • Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant policies and procedures.
    Requirements/Qualifications
    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
    • Appropriate state licensure.
    • Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD registration.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professional and courteous presentation with staff and clients.
    • Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 25 pounds; assistance for heavier lifts.
