A trusted partner hospital in Nashville, GA, is actively seeking a compassionate and driven Associate Veterinarian to join and guide their veterinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a DVM with clinical and leadership experience to take the next step in their career—offering meaningful mentorship, excellent patient care, and clinic-wide impact in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct patient care: diagnostics, treatment, surgery, and preventative medicine
Supervise, train, and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants
Oversee clinic operations: budgeting, inventory, and resource management
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance care quality and operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks
Ensure the clinic meets the highest standards of veterinary medicine and client service
DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or equivalent)
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Georgia
2–5 years of leadership experience in a veterinary setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
Leadership & Impact: Help shape clinical protocols, mentor junior staff, and directly influence clinic culture and performance
