Validation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Validation Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on position that combines technical writing, validation execution, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving within a regulated environment.

• Perform the authoring, execution, and reporting of validation activities for manufacturing equipment, processes, and computer systems.
• Develop and maintain validation documentation including:
  • Installation Qualifications (IQ)
  • Operational Qualifications (OQ)
  • Performance Qualifications (PQ)
  • Computer Systems Validation (CSV) protocols and reports
• Create, revise, and maintain controlled documentation in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Execute validation protocols, analyze results, document findings, and ensure timely completion of validation packages.
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to gather critical information and drive validation projects to successful completion.
• Provide documentation support for Non-Conformances, Deviations, and CAPA investigations, helping ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor collecting equipment data, observing processes, and organizing technical information to support validation and compliance activities.
• Ensure all validation activities are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal SOPs, and industry best practices.
