lenders require periodic updates on their properties. Inspections verify property occupancy and report on general condition via a mobile application, usually exterior only; about 10% require interior photos after vacancy.

• Complete inspections within 4 days of assignment.
• Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
• Take 9+ photos with brief comments.
• Complete a short form in the app.
• Spend extended periods driving while making numerous stops during the day.
• Most inspections take 5‑6 minutes.

• Computer with internet connection.
• Reliable vehicle (good gas mileage a plus).
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Printer.
• Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license.

This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate. Rates vary by county and volume. Although paid per inspection, the role earns approximately $30‑$40 per hour. Depending on county and urban or rural status, you may complete 20‑500 inspections per month while working 2‑30 hours per week. Lower‑volume counties have higher rates; higher‑volume counties have lower rates. Work is consistent month‑to‑month.
