• Keep stations stocked with clean dishes and supplies.
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and reset quickly during service.
• Assist cooks and dishwashers in maintaining a safe and organized kitchen.
• Support front‑line staff by clearing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fundamental knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for 8+ hours a day.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shift schedules.
• Limited previous experience acceptable; onboarding training provided.
