Pay range: $12.50/hr – $12.50/hr.

• You prepare meals for residents in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• You verify the quality and temperature of food items.
• You maintain safety and sanitary conditions.

• You provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, understand measurements, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Cook experience preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required.
• Trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, and a team player.

This full‑time cook position works days, evenings, and weekends.
