FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME) at Compass One Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full‑time Food Service Worker positions at Coastal Manor (128 Coastal Manor Drive, Ludowici, GA 31316). Online applications are accepted only. Weekend availability is required; schedule and other details will be discussed during the interview.

Prepares, presents, and serves food to patients and staff while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
