As Kitchen Leader, you will master cooking techniques, maintain equipment, and train crew members to become future leaders. Your role ensures food quality, cleanliness, safety, and great customer experience.

• Prepare, cook, and prep food to order while following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolving quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house crew.
• Develop crew members toward future leadership roles.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to guarantee excellent service and throughput.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen and equipment.
• Maintain equipment repair schedules and ensure safety.
• Fill out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and inventory rotation (FIFO) processes.

• Understanding and articulation of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the location.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior restaurant experience.
