What You'll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you'll guide Team Members and managers during your shift to deliver exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities may include:

* Planning and managing each shift

* Overseeing inventory

* Monitoring team performance and ensuring McDonald's gold standards

* Maintaining food safety, security, and profitability

* Handling daily maintenance and cleanliness

* Leading crew training and management

* Ensuring quality food production

* Providing outstanding customer service

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures

* Stand for 8-10 hours

* Lift up to 50 lbs

* Climb ladders for general maintenance

* Perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
