We are now interviewing to fill our Restaurant Executive Chef role in the Ellijay, Georgia area.

If you are a seasoned kitchen management professional from a “high volume" Casual Dining, scratch kitchen restaurant management background and you looking for a career move to a very fast-paced, local concept, where we are known for eating, drinking and enjoying...then we need to speak to you!

We are adding a Restaurant Executive Chef to our team as we prepare for our tourist traffic.

We are well established (20+ years) as a fun and lively venue with a view... serving a scratch seasonalmenu offering Chef created, generously portioned dishes. We are known for a welcoming environment with a restaurant staff that works "together" to serve each guest. We are a fast-paced restaurant where results and rewards are measured in consistent product and happy guests.

Ideal Qualifications include:

· 2+ year’s tenure as Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager

· Culinary Degree (preferred)

· Strong understanding of kitchen COG's

· No more than 2 restaurant management jobs in the last 5 years

· Must know how to use a calculator

· Must enjoy being active in the local community!!
