The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed
• Communicating proactively with your supervisor about work progress and issues
• Completing planograms, resets, measurements, cycle counts, and signage installation accurately and promptly
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery
• Providing Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors
• Providing peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving)
• Performing other duties as assigned

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is a plus. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required
• Adherence to safety guidelines and a safe work environment

• Travel as needed across district
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently
• Access all store areas safely
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively
• Handle birds/poultry and complete training
• Lift up to 50 lbs, drive, stand, walk, reach overhead, and transfer merchandise
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store activities
