The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required for completing tasks.

• Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Adherence to safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Hard surfaces in indoor and outdoor areas with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel support for district needs.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasional overhead lifting.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Operate vehicles and various store equipment.
• Complete all training successfully.
• This role is non-sedentary and requires physical stamina.
