We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register and maintain accuracy of cash handling.
• Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and general presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and meet requirements for frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
