Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to perform various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Travel to different stores to execute planograms, resets, and signage updates.
• Assist with merchandise and fixture assembly, and maintain visual standards.
• Perform store measurements, layout initiatives, and cycle counts.
• Deliver excellent customer service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including coverage during peak times.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work on lot and store areas.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle; long periods of driving may be required.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise, operate equipment, and perform various physical tasks.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach overhead, and move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
