• Ability to understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customer.
• Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador of the company.
• Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing facility.

• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.

Base pay range: $15.00–$18.00 hourly. General benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, and paid time off for wellness and vacations. Eligible employees may also receive discounts on certain products and incentive compensation.
