As a Sales Consultant you will be the face of Victra, delivering world‑class service to every guest and connecting technology to life in the most trustworthy, fun, and profitable way.

We offer uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement. The average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission.

Paid time off accrues at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Employees are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under applicable state law.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
