As a Security Guard - Unarmed Logistics Patrol in Palmetto, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible throughout the premises, and provide excellent customer service and communication, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or security-related issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related concerns within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Collaborate with site staff and/or management to address security-related needs and support daily operations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and the site.
• Follow all company protocols and procedures while representing Allied Universal at the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
