As a Security Officer – Auto Facility Concierge, you will serve and safeguard clients in the automotive industry.

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Perform regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following established procedures.
• Provide customer service by assisting staff and visitors with access‑related questions.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents per site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Follow site‑specific policies on access control and emergency response.
• Communicate promptly with management or site contacts regarding security matters.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accord with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screening where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be needed by state/local law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
