As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on a range of equipment. This includes working on a variety of makes, models, and types of equipment in challenging locations and developing skills for a career track in service or operation management.

• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime
• Use mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting fundamentals to diagnose problems
• Maintain a flexible schedule to respond to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired
• 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL may be required in some locations)
• Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and general troubleshooting fundamentals
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs

Base Pay Range: $22.40 - 30.80 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience. More information on benefits and how to apply.
