2. Bring your experience providing maintenance and support for a variety of equipment, and help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on a range of equipment. This includes working on a variety of makes, models, and types of equipment in challenging locations and developing skills for a career track in service or operation management.

- Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime
- Use mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting fundamentals to diagnose problems
- Maintain a flexible schedule to respond to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired
- 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL may be required in some locations)
- Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and general troubleshooting fundamentals
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 lbs or more, and work both indoors and outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range: $22.40 - 30.80 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience. More information on benefits and how to apply.
