Mastclimbers LLC is the market leader in mast climbers, transport platforms, and construction hoists across the Southeast. Based in Atlanta, we work with top contractors like Skanska, DPR Choat, and others on major projects. With a reputation for safety, quality, and reliability, we’re looking to grow our team of installers and supervisors.
The RoleAs a Mast climber & Hoist Installer, you’ll assemble, install, and operate mast climbing work platforms (powered scaffolding), transport platforms, and construction elevators on job sites throughout the southeastern U.S. All training will be provided with career opportunities for the right applicant.
- Outdoor, physical work at heights (100–200 ft)
- Full-time, permanent position with weekly pay
- Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekend options
- Travel with expenses covered (overnight stays often required)
- Work as part of a skilled crew, with opportunities to advance
- Set scaffold bases, anchors, cross braces, guardrails, and platforms
- Operate hand and power tools safely (hammers, drills, ratchets, etc.)
- Hoist and lower materials during erection and dismantling
- Load/unload equipment and maintain safe, clean job sites
- Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and co‑workers
- Complete paperwork and reports accurately
- Mechanical skills always an advantage but not essential (hydraulic/electrical experience a plus)
- Comfort working at heights – Fall Arrest certification preferred
- Experience in construction, and other physical labor
- Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 70 lbs and work in all weather
- Forklift/scaffold/mast climber certification a plus (training provided)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
