The Locksmith and Doors Technician is a skilled, hands-on technical role in the field, vital for the company's growth. The technician drives company vans to commercial sites such as schools, churches, and manufacturing plants to diagnose problems and service locks, doors, hardware, and keys. They continually learn new security technologies to ensure client safety. We seek candidates eager to enhance their technical skills, grow within a supportive culture, and contribute to a secure community.

We have received several awards recognizing our work over 7+ years. Out-of-state experienced locksmiths willing to relocate within Georgia are encouraged to apply.

• Diagnose and resolve customer security needs
• Install, service, maintain, and repair doors, frames, locks, hardware, and related components
• Rekey and install high-security locks (e.g., Medeco, Assa Abloy, Primus)
• Utilize smartphone apps and software for check-ins and payments
• Install and maintain access control hardware
• Assist with wiring, cameras, and access control installations

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in locksmithing and related trades
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and quick learning ability
• Commitment to timely and accurate customer service

• Fluent in English (speaking, understanding, writing)
• Ability to lift and push 50-100 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
• Pass background checks, drug screening, and provide references
