Overview

Our client is seeking 4 OSP Fiber Build QC Supervisors with strong fiber build experience to join our growing team in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction engineering and wireline (not wireless) operations, with the ability to oversee crews, subcontractors, and projects to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely work.

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise employees and subcontractors in the placement, repair, and restoration of cable.
• Ensure adherence to contract specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Train, inspect, and monitor team performance to meet production goals.
• Maintain production logs, reports, and daily documentation.
• Inspect trucks, tools, and equipment for safety and functionality.
• Participate in regular calls with operations teams and customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer or project complaints.
• Support operations during emergencies, after-hours, weekends, or on-call needs.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance.
• Strong background in fiber build construction (OSP, wireline).
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps a plus.
• Skilled in safe use of utility trucks, hand tools, and related equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or construction-related software.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs with assistance).
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedules as needed.
