• Competitive pay: $35.00–$37.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Direct Hire position
• $73,000.00 /annually
• Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00pm to 08:00am)
• Lead troubleshooting and process improvements requiring changes to PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and related controls Install, maintain, and repair electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, electrical prints, and blueprints
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to reduce downtime
• Inspect and maintain transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
• Install circuit breakers and electrical hardware; connect wiring and systems to power
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and safe operation
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on production machinery
• Clean machines and machine parts; remove and reinstall parts as needed
• Lubricate moving parts and ensure equipment is operating effectively
• Prepare basic reports documenting work performed and parts used
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and motor control logic (required)
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, test meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
• Advanced understanding of e‑stop systems
• Ability to create or modify PLC programs for process and operational control
• Experience with advanced troubleshooting of:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship and valid electrician’s license preferred
• Previous experience as an industrial electrician or multicraft mechanic strongly preferred
• Must be willing to travel internationally for training.

• Ability to see color to work with color‑coded wiring
• Physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduit
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
