- Competitive pay: $35.00–$37.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Direct Hire position
- $73,000.00 /annually
- Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00pm to 08:00am)
- Lead troubleshooting and process improvements requiring changes to PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and related controls Install, maintain, and repair electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, electrical prints, and blueprints
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to reduce downtime
- Inspect and maintain transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
- Install circuit breakers and electrical hardware; connect wiring and systems to power
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and safe operation
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on production machinery
- Clean machines and machine parts; remove and reinstall parts as needed
- Lubricate moving parts and ensure equipment is operating effectively
- Prepare basic reports documenting work performed and parts used
- Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and motor control logic (required)
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, test meters, and diagnostic equipment
- Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Advanced understanding of e‑stop systems
- Ability to create or modify PLC programs for process and operational control
- Experience with advanced troubleshooting of:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship and valid electrician’s license preferred
- Previous experience as an industrial electrician or multicraft mechanic strongly preferred
- Must be willing to travel internationally for training.
- Ability to see color to work with color‑coded wiring
- Physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduit
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
