We are seeking an experienced CIPP Liner Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations on CIPP installation projects. This individual will lead field crews, ensure safety and quality standards are met, coordinate with project management, and maintain productivity on site. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of prior experience as a crew leader or foreman in CIPP lining or related underground utility construction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct field crews in the installation of CIPP liners and related rehabilitation processes.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities, including equipment setup, liner installation, curing, reinstatements, and cleanup.
- Monitor crew performance, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Conduct pre‑job briefings, enforce company safety policies, and complete required safety documentation.
- Maintain accurate jobsite records, including daily reports, material usage, timekeeping, and photos.
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to provide updates and resolve field issues.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges in the field and provide hands‑on support when needed.
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members to enhance skill levels and performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of trucks, boilers, and lining equipment.
- 2–5 years of experience as a crew leader or foreman in CIPP lining, pipe rehabilitation, or underground utility construction.
- Strong knowledge of CIPP installation processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret job plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred).
- Willingness to travel and work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
