• Monday–Friday - 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

• We are growing, and we're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Installation Department in Blue Ridge!
• If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and learning a skilled trade, this is a great opportunity to build a stable, long-term career in the HVAC industry
• You'll work alongside an experienced installation team, helping install heating and air conditioning systems and ductwork for customers throughout the area. Whether you already have HVAC installation experience or are looking to develop your skills in the trade, we're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems
• Install and work with HVAC ductwork
• Assist with equipment setup, installation, and related tasks
• Work safely and efficiently as part of an installation team
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
• Learn and develop your HVAC skills through hands-on experience
• Provide professional service while working in customers' homes and properties

HVAC experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are important to us.
