Toddler Soccer Coach

The majority of classes are held during and after school hours and on weekend mornings. The ideal candidate would have the following availability:

• Monday thru Friday 11am to 6pm
• Saturday and/or Sunday 8am to 3pm

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun‑loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

New coaches can work 5‑10 classes a week to start and will have opportunities to build to more classes and locations. Everyone out of training will start as an Assistant Coach and may be promoted in as little as two weeks after graduation based on their ability to lead a class, teach our curriculum, and make a positive impact on the children in our program.

Pay range: $20/hr for Assistant Coach Trainee; up to $45/hr for a Master Head Coach.

• Prior experience working with children (e.g., sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader).
• CPR/First Aid Certified (can be completed during training but must be finished before graduation).
• 4v4 Grassroots Certified (can be completed during training but must be finished before graduation).
• Pass a background check.
• Positive reinforcement mindset and willingness to celebrate children’s successes.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
• Travel up to 45 minutes to class locations; reliable transportation required.
