As an Inbound Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the receipt and coordination of incoming products and materials. This position requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and collaboration with internal teams and external carriers. You will be responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing logistics operations to support smooth warehouse and production workflows.

Success in this role requires initiative, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials.
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to manage inbound logistics operations.
  • Track inbound shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and vendor performance.
  • Assist with inventory management and support warehouse and production teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inbound logistics efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience:

    Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Work Environment & Benefits
  • Schedule:

    8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with overtime opportunities
