• Job Title: Railcar Inspector/Prep
• Location: West Point, GA.
• Employment Type: Full‑time
• Seniority Level: Entry level

• Comply with all industry, customer, and company safety regulations and operating procedures
• Inspect and assist in opening and closing railcar end doors
• Inspect railcars for damage/fatigue
• Identify repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services
• Remove all debris and contaminants using backpack blowers and various scraping devices to prevent vehicle damage
• Maintain accountability and maintenance for all assigned equipment
• Perform housekeeping duties as required by Management

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Safety‑first mentality
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to meet attendance requirements
• Teamwork, can‑do attitude, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid state driver’s license
