10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates to drive regional dry van routes east of I-35. This entry-level Regional Class A Truck Driver position is designed for new drivers who have completed truck driving training and want steady, 100% no-touch freight assignments on a predictable regional schedule.

Pay and Home Time Annual compensation of $73,000 to $86,000

Home time of two days every other week Regional routes east of I-35 with consistent miles
100% no-touch dry van freight

Late-model Freightliner tractors

Automatic transmission

Fully equipped, well-maintained trucks

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies

Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to schedule

Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and promptly report defects or maintenance needs

Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation

Communicate promptly and professionally with dispatch and follow customer delivery instructions

Represent 10-4 Logistics USA professionally at customer sites and on the road

Requirements

Valid Class A CDLCompletion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months

Minimum age of 21 years

Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers

Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, as required by federal regulations

No prior professional driving experience required
