What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage workflows in Process Street, ensuring task routing and submission logic function correctly
  • Create and maintain visual guides and documentation to support users across departments
  • Maintain dashboards tracking workflow SLAs, backlog volumes, and brand‑level metrics
  • Provide ad‑hoc data summaries for weekly updates and workflow performance reviews
  • Identify friction points and opportunities for process simplification and automation
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or a technical field
  • 2–4 years of experience in workflow coordination, operations, or process support
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar dashboard tools
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and workflow management
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly for documentation and escalation

  • Experience in user enablement and training across departments
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce operations and best practices
  • Ability to work independently across time zones
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong emphasis on task completion and accuracy
