• Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned hinzufügen the department’s and company’s goals
• Identify and pursue asset improvement opportunities using metrics and qualitative insights
• Represent the product in governance meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders
• Manage  product backlog and prioritize tasks based on input from various teams
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members on product vision and road mapping

• Minimum of 5 years of product experience
• At least 5 years of experience with the software lifecycle
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced domain experience
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong skills in business acumen, communication, and conflict management

• 3 years of experience with agile processes
