Code Ninjas is the world’s largest and fastest-growing kids coding franchise, with centers focused on teaching kids to code in a fun, safe environment. We offer week-long summer camps that run in the mornings and afternoons at our centers.

• Summer Break (Late May - Early August)
• Anytime there are elementary school breaks

• Communicate with parents and campers before, during, and after the camps
• Think on the fly and respond to center dynamics, instructor needs, parent requests, and kids’ needs
• Coach and mentor kids in coding and STEM curriculum, including Minecraft, Roblox, block-based languages, robotics, 3D modeling, and more
• Complete training courses for our proprietary curriculum
• Create a positive and safe environment in which students can grow
• Provide feedback to parents on student progress
• Perform extra duties as needed, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining center equipment and facilities
• Clean classroom and bathrooms throughout the day to ensure cleanliness
• Report to Center Director or lead instructor regarding day’s activities, efficiency & productivity in the classroom

• Leadership skills: ability to supervise, organize, or lead within work groups, clubs, teams, etc.
• Coding and technology skills: knowledge of, or willingness to learn, introductory coding concepts; skills in Minecraft, Roblox, robotics, or 3D printing are a plus
• Education/childcare experience: experience with children ages 7-14 in babysitting, childcare, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, etc.; ability to work with varying learning styles and abilities, including neurodivergent learners
• Works well with others; enjoys collaboration and teamwork
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be fun to work with and able to thrive in fast-paced environments where requirements can change

Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
