Spreetail is hiring a Head of Finance to lead finance for one of our fastest-growing areas of the business. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this highly visible role partners closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, scale financial processes, and deliver clear, actionable insights that drive growth. This is a true player‑coach opportunity—you’ll lead and develop a team while remaining hands‑on, owning the models and analysis that influence critical decisions in a startup‑paced environment.

We’re seeking an experienced FP&A leader with exceptional analytical rigor, a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver immediate, high‑impact results as the business continues to scale.

• Own the financial performance of a high‑growth business through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and deep financial analysis.
• Deliver real‑time, actionable insights by translating complex data into clear recommendations that drive impactful decisions across the organization.
• Transform and scale finance operations by leveraging modern systems, automation, and data‑driven solutions to maximize efficiency and rigor.
• Partner closely with senior leaders across operations, business development, and customer‑facing teams to shape strategy and deliver results.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership driving strategic insights and operational excellence within e‑commerce businesses.
• Expert in FP&A and complex financial systems, with a proven ability to harness large‑scale data through SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Proven track record in leading cross‑functional initiatives, streamlining, and scaling processes in fast‑moving environments.
• Skilled communicator and influencer, partnering with executives to shape strategy and guide critical business decisions.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings, balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution to deliver measurable impact.

$150,000 - $225,000 a year. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000/year to $225,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
