Responsibilities- Providing excellent healthcare to achieve good patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Educating patients about their injuries, progress, and outcomes.
- Supervising aides during modalities and general setup/cleanup.
- Re-evaluating patient progress, revising care plans, and setting new goals.
- Determining discharge readiness.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharges.
- Achieving productivity targets, typically 55-60 treatments and evaluations weekly.
- Developing protocols for common diagnoses.
- Participating in research studies.
- Continuing professional development through company-sponsored education and courses.
- Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant Degree.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
