Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent healthcare to achieve good patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Educating patients about their injuries, progress, and outcomes.
  • Supervising aides during modalities and general setup/cleanup.
  • Re-evaluating patient progress, revising care plans, and setting new goals.
  • Determining discharge readiness.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharges.
  • Achieving productivity targets, typically 55-60 treatments and evaluations weekly.
  • Developing protocols for common diagnoses.
  • Participating in research studies.
  • Continuing professional development through company-sponsored education and courses.
Qualifications
  • Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant Degree.
  • Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
