• Lead and manage strategic projects aimed at optimizing healthcare programs across clinical areas

• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross‑functional stakeholders, identifying strategic needs and proposing solutions
• Develop and monitor impact models for proposed strategies to evaluate effectiveness against defined objectives

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high‑impact role
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
• Exceptional strategic problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline
