An automotive detailer supervisor ensures the proper execution of the job, managing workflow; training new hires; creating and managing team schedules, and fulfill custumer's expectations.

Pay:
From $1000 per week

• Managing day to day operations and work flow within the shop.
• Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability.
• Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
• Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants.
• Oversees the day-to-day performance of employees.
• Ensure the execution of the job in a safety manner
• Responsible for quality control.
• Manages all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.

• Previous experience leading teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in team or department leadership
• Ability to identify and solve risks and issues
• Firm grasp of company policies
• Organizational abilities
