Our client is a leading manufacturer in the consumer self-care and health products industry, and they want you to join their team as a Packaging Mechanic.

Your day-to-day as a Packaging Mechanic:

• Maintain and troubleshoot the mechanical aspects of packaging and manufacturing process equipment
• Perform machine rebuilding, repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment moves
• Service packaging equipment, sanitary valves and actuators, sanitary pumps, conveyors, and gear/belt-driven assemblies
• Conduct general building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems
• Create and complete work orders with clear and accurate documentation

Your skills and experience:

• Previous experience maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical production or packaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, conveyors, and other industrial systems
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills to document work clearly and effectively
