Job Location: In-Person, $20-$23/Hour (Based on Experience), 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Our client, a large importer and manufacturer in Georgia VT, wants you to join their growing and trusted team as a CNC Operator!

• Perform daily warm‑up, operation, and shutdown of CNC mills and lathes
• Load and unload fixtures, ensuring proper placement for each production run
• Inspect, replace, and set tooling to meet specifications and safety standards
• Read and interpret technical blueprints to verify dimensions and inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and ensure a clean work environment
• Track production through the ERP system, complete required paperwork, and communicate with production and quality teams

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator is required; knowledge of G Code is a plus!
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, and CNC accessories
• Basic mechanical skills and experience using hand tools
• Ability to follow directions, meet attendance requirements, and collaborate with others
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and moving throughout the workday
