Position: Senior Marketing Manager, Capital Markets | U.S.

Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager for Capital Markets is a strategic partner to the service line and its key stakeholders. The role creates and executes U.S. marketing initiatives as part of a team-based approach to meet the marketing needs of the U.S. business and position Colliers as a leader in the commercial real estate industry.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans, including messaging and marketing materials.
  • Drive brand awareness through internal and external campaigns for the service line, measuring KPIs on engagement and lead generation.
  • Develop and oversee social media strategy and content, including creation and campaigns.
  • Draft copy to clearly communicate internal and external messaging to key stakeholders, clients and prospects.
  • Support and coordinate national promotional efforts by partnering with regional, national and third-party PR professionals.
  • Collaborate with events teams to ensure the successful execution of service line events nationally, as appropriate.
  • Partner with research and manage contract support for national research reports.
  • Lead the execution and launch of service line and practice group-related products and collateral aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure projects are completed in a high-quality and timely fashion, including management and tracking of an ongoing calendar of marketing deliverables and events.
  • Coordinate multiple activities to achieve goals and deadlines; take responsibility for getting things done.
  • Collaborate with internal clients within the service line, corporate departments, and marketing teams in local markets and other regions as required.
  • Assist with ensuring efficient marketing operations of the service line, including recurring calls, reports, communications and projects as required.
What You’ll Bring
  • BA/BS Degree or relevant work experience.
  • 7-8 years of experience in a marketing management role.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integration with other technologies.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to execute plans.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines in an organized manner.
Other Information

Salary range for this role is approximately $109,347/year - $145,000/year. Colliers discloses this information as part of state/local compliance guidelines; actual compensation may vary by location, skills, and experience.
