The Opportunity:The Campaign Marketing Coordinator will work closely with various departments to create and execute comprehensive action plans that deliver on business objectives. The responsibility of this position will be to assist in developing, driving, and bringing to life the marketing campaigns for the Lifecycle & Campaign marketing team. The position will be focused mainly on the campaign execution and driving increased efficiencies within the planning and operations processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive seamless execution of promotions, from submitting creative briefs through to launch, ensuring all cross-functional partners are aligned and equipped with accurate, up-to-date promotional details
  • Provide creative direction on promotional assets, submitting creative briefs, working collaboratively with creative and merchandising teams, tracking the status of projects, and ensuring communication to relevant cross-functional teams
  • Support the Campaign Specialist in developing landing page and email content, ensuring messaging aligns with campaign objectives, brand voice, and customer segmentation strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end production and strategy of category banners, ensuring accurate product representation, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Work with suppliers to collect marketing assets as needed for funded campaigns, promotions, giveaways, videos and more
  • Support the Director of Campaign Strategy with brainstorming on future campaigns, promotions and drafting promotional calendar, quality control campaign and promotional assets including landing pages, banners, promo codes, and more
  • Support data integrity and identify data fields or tracking requirements necessary to facilitate effective campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations Project Coordinator to ensure projects, marketing programs and/or creative tickets are completed on time
  • Coordinate consumer-facing initiatives, ensuring campaigns and promotions are integrated across channels and tailored to drive engagement and highlight segmented offerings
  • Own campaign performance reporting, analyzing results from banners, landing pages, and promotions to deliver actionable insights and communicate campaign success to marketing, ecommerce, creative, and merchandising teams

The Experience You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or general area of study
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, online-communications, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & Power Point)
  • Detail oriented – believes no piece of information is too small if it contributes to success of project
  • Well organized – handles multiple projects effectively with various stakeholders
  • Self-starter who can work with cross-functional teams and juggle priorities in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
  • Experience with project management software Asana is a plus
  • E-commerce and/or retail experience
