Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN)

Buckhead, GA

Part-Time

$22/hr base rate + tips & commission | $40/hr guaranteed rate

Must be available to work weekends, with two weekdays (Mon–Fri) available. Monday or Friday are highly preferred, and there may be additional weekday shifts. You will be scheduled about 11 hours per shift, with 10 hours of work after breaks, and must commit to a schedule up to 60 days in advance. Sundays may be required for occasional training or if clinic hours expand.

• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
• 3 years in an RN role, not including clinicals.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Current RN State License. Basic Life Support Certification is required through the American Heart Association.
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
• Polished, natural, and professional.
• Customer service is our #1 priority, must have exceptional communication skills and be capable of problem-solving.
• Must have an outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable.
• Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure Skin Laundry standards are met.
• Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented.
• Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.
• Able to work weekends (40 hours per week).

• Creating Curated Client Experiences:
  Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and prospective clients’ personal skincare needs and are safe and effective for all skin types.
• Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team.
• Celebrate the success of the results our clients see.
• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business.
• Assist with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations.
• Establish adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfort with computer/store systems.
• Establish and maintain effective client retention processes.
• Partner with clinic team to provide people-oriented, enjoyable and comfortable workplace of belonging.
• Respect and support all team members’ individuality and provide an inclusive environment.
• Understand opportunities and support the team to meet personal and clinic goals.
• Maintain organizational relationships.
