Job Type: Full-time

• Directly supervise the operations of a shift in a restaurant and coordinate the work of team members on the shift
• Maintain Company and Brand operational standards to ensure guests leave satisfied
• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coach team members to do the same
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment through housekeeping duties and by assigning and following up on shift tasks
• Direct team to ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations; coach on food preparation and production management
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift; complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and counts as required
• Communicate discrepancies to the immediate supervisor
• Ensure a safe environment for team members and guests by following government laws and safety codes
• Complete incident reports in accordance with the company’s policy

• Physical requirements:
  
  frequently bend, twist at waist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk; occasionally climb and descend ladders
• Work in varied temperatures and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises
• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands; lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally
