As a Torrid Sales Associate, you’ll provide the Torrid Connection to every customer through your genuine ability to make our customer feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met
• Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an excellent customer experience
• Fashion-focused and knowledgeable about current trends

• Stand and walk during scheduled shifts
• Pack and unpack shipments, move store fixtures, and handle packages up to 50 pounds
• Reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, or retrieving poles
