This is a hybrid role (3 days a week) based out of our Buckhead office in Georgia.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs to achieve and surpass individual and team targets for qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the SDR team's performance, including process improvements, training programs and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to ensure alignment between SDR and sales teams, focusing on lead quality and quantity, pipeline development, and revenue goals.
  • Work with reps to build out cadences, pitch scripts and external communication
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new SDR team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and recommendations to management. Analyze performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address them.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to SDR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Maintain a high level of motivation, engagement, and morale within the SDR team through effective leadership and communication.
Skills and Competencies
  • Experience delivering reports to executive leadership and articulating the business impact proficiently.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM software, Sales Loft or Outreach, Linked In Navigator, Zoom Info and other sales and marketing tools. Strong understanding of SDR best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1-3 years of proven SDR management experience in a similar role within SaaS sales development.
