Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in an open territory model
—with a focus on both new business and existing accounts
. This is an opportunity to sell an expansive testing menu in the addiction and behavioral health space, backed by strong internal support and a collaborative culture.
- Drive new business volume within your first 90 days
- Manage and grow key accounts across an open territory
- Sell a full testing menu—including blood work, toxicology, pharmacogenomics
- Monthly commission payouts (5 weeks in arrears)
- Work closely with sales ops, field ops, lab teams, and leadership
- Proven success in outside sales (diagnostics, toxicology, or healthcare is a plus)
- Strong hunter mentality with relationship-building skills
- Goal-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact role
